Anna L. Bautista has an established background in health administration and clinic operations with 15 years of experience in healthcare. As a first-generation college graduate, Anna earned her bachelor’s degree in health administration.

Her career began as a Medical Assistant in 2005, she pursued building her career in Operations Management.  Born in Los Angeles, CA, and fluent in Spanish, Anna has seen first-hand the struggle of the underserved community and is dedicated to serve the community. Anna has 8 years’ experience working with a vulnerable population in non-profit organizations in which her knowledge and experience has led to success and continuing to make impact on the community.

Anna's expertise includes management, optimizing operational workflows, clinic licensing, contract credentialing, and implementing patient-centered care practices. She excels in strategic planning, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance, consistently driving the clinic toward excellence. 

Her leadership style is collaborative and supportive, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork. Anna's commitment to patient satisfaction and operational efficiency has significantly contributed to the clinic's reputation for exceptional healthcare services.
