 In her current role she manages the street medicine teams, oversees ECM and billing operations, and coordinates clinical rotations for nursing and social work programs across the state. Her expertise includes operations management, optimizing workflows, clinic licensing, contract credentialing, and implementing patient-centered care practices. Known for collaborative, supportive leadership, Anna excels in strategic planning, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance, consistently advancing patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
